CFPM Workshops

2022 Comprehensive Financial Projection Model (CFPM) Fall Workshops

ISFIS and Piper Sandler will again be hosting a series of workshops where you will have the chance to complete an in-depth five-year comprehensive projection model for your district. We will be utilizing the Comprehensive Financial Projection Model (CFPM) developed in partnership with our entities. The CFPM provides you with a five-year projection of property tax rates, unspent authorized budget, solvency ratio and a detailed aid and levy worksheet for FY 2024 through FY 2028. We will also cover customizable financial reporting templates, and you will leave with a district-specific 5-year presentation that can be shared with your Board and the public.

There is no charge for the CFPM basic software, included with ISFIS finance subscription; however, to cover the costs of the in-person conference and meal, we are charging a fee of $95 for the first person and $65 for each additional person from your district that attends one of the in-person sessions. The virtual sessions are free for ISFIS Subscribers, though we strongly encourage in-person attendance if possible to allow for more personalized attention and support. We encourage both superintendents and business officials from districts to join us as a team. Space is limited at both the in-person and virtual sessions, so please register in advance.

Registration

We encourage SBOs and Supts to attend as a team, but please complete one registration for each person who will be attending to ensure we have contact information for each attendee. Registration fees will be invoiced to the district by ISFIS after the workshop.  For questions, contact Jen Albers at ISFIS.  Register Here
