Comprehensive Financial Projection Model (CFPM) Fall Workshops

CFPM 2026 Fall Workshop Details
ISFIS and Piper Sandler will again be hosting a series of fall workshops where you will have the opportunity to complete an in-depth five-year budget projection model for your district. We will utilize the Comprehensive Financial Projection Model (CFPM) developed in partnership with our entities. The CFPM provides a five-year projection of unspent authorized budget, tax rates, solvency ratio, and a detailed aid and levy worksheet for FY 2028 through FY 2032. We will also cover customizable financial reporting templates, and you will leave with a district-specific 5-year presentation that can be shared with your Board and the public. We will also cover updates incorporated into the Model as a result of the most recent legislative session.
The CFPM software is available for no charge to ISFIS Finance Subscribers and Piper Sandler customers; however, to cover the costs of the workshop and meal, we are charging a fee of $99 for the first person and $69 for each additional person from your district that attends. Superintendents and business officials from your district are encouraged to join us at the workshops as a team. As a result of your feedback wanting more personalized attention and support, we are eliminating the virtual workshop and instead adding another in-person workshop location. We will also have some instructional videos available after the workshops for those unable to attend a session in person. Space is limited at some locations, so please register in advance to help us plan.
Registration
While we encourage SBOs and Supts to attend as a team, we request that you please complete one registration for each person who will be attending to ensure we have contact information for each attendee. Registration fees will be invoiced to the district by ISFIS after the workshop. For questions, contact Jen Albers at ISFIS.
2026 Fall Workshops Registration will be open shortly.
